#2 Denisse

Yet another postcard from Chicago, from Denisse. She was so cool so she sent me two cards from there, and her handwriting is just cute. Strange but now I got 2 of the same kind of postcard that Amanda also sent me. The one where the new Chicago is in flames. I really like that card. Yes, Amanda, thanks for yours too. :) The second one has the Cloud Gate (The Bean) mainly. But there is the Sears in the far back. I really wanna The Bean and the whole Millenium Park must be a great place. I always got curious why am I so in love with NY, cause there are so many other cities, which are beautiful, and has nice people. And as long as I didn't start this project, I had no idea, that Cloud Gate was constructed only a few years ago. I had to know more about Chicago. I need to get a book about this awesome city...gosh.
So here are your cards Denisse, I love them all.

#1 Amanda

Chicago, Illinois
She lives in Chicago, Il. O'Hare isn't that far from here as you might think. :) This card is quite awesome. It think it's a mixture of the Great Chicago Fire, occured in 1871 and the city's windy climate with the Sears in the background. She said on the back that this was surprisingly hard to find and I do believe it, cause mostly I find boring and not much entertaining cards. I know cards are not meant to be more than just pictures and some lines on their backs, but they would be more informative. Like this one from Chicago, plus I adore that it's black and white!!! Now here is the card itself:

On the back she says: "Hey Balazs! I hope you like this postcard (It was surprisingly hard to find, haha). It's starting to get very cold over here! Other than that thing are good. I'm almost done with school this semester. Then winter break!! How are things going with you? Hope all is well! - Amanda"
